Get up and smile =)

Goals, Bucket-list, Life accomplishments.  Whatever you wanna call it, you should live your life to the fullest.  Have a reason to get up every morning and smile =) 

At first I was hesitant to publish my list.  But then I realize, that having people aware of your dreams, makes your dreams more attainable.  Like I tell my patients:

"Never say never.  Look forward to what is ahead.  It is all in the mind.  Your mind is very powerful."

  • have a great career in nursing
  • med surg for 5 years (OMG I have been a nurse for 5 years!!!) 
  • try something else in nursing... OB? MB? Peds? CM?
  • get my OCN or become a med-surg nurse specialist or get my master 
  • be more healthy by working out more
  • cardio for 30-45 minutes 3-4 or more a week 
  • weight-train 2-3x a week
  • hike more
  • do charity run/walk
  • eat more healthy/organic/natural meal: non GMO fresh from Hawaii or grass fed animals
  • eat more fruit and veggie
  • avoid fast food
  • cook more
  • cut back on eatting out to once a week
  • do more art work, draw, sketch, crafts, scrap book, paint
  • volunteer
  • read more
  • sew 
  • save money
  • pay bills and loans
  • buy a house
  • save for retirement
