i did not get my dream job, but i can prepare myself now so that when i try to apply for my dream job, I might be a desirable candidate. these are the things i need to do or want to do so when it comes time to apply for that job, i can get it
- doula training to become a certified labor and postpartum doula
- become a family birth educator
- become a lactation consultant
- get my basic fetal monitoring
- get my ACLS and maybe PALS, already got my NRP so I am good.
- join AWHONN
- get my masters in midwifery? im still not sure if i want to do this just yet, but maybe in the future ;)
